Have to reboot almost every morning

I  have to reboot my x1 box almost every morning.  I turn on the TV and get a "no signal" message.  Then I have to cycle power and Trevor the system to get it to work.  This happens on average 3 times a week.  This week it happened 4 days in a row. This has been happening for almost a year,  and is getting more frequent.  What can be done?

have you tried just using the TV remote and change input to something else and then 'back' to the set top box? is your set top box set to go into powersave mode?
