HD channel pixelation help!

I have a few channels that are always pixelated and the audio is garbled, making them unwatchable (Bravo, Hallmark, E, MTV, HBO at times). Doesn’t matter if I watch live or DVR. It happens on all 3 TVs we have. Individual cable lines directly connect from outside to the cable box, without any splitter or interference.

How are three cable boxes connected and assuming a modem without a splitter? Check your cables are tight and in good repair. Remove any extra splitters that you come across. Channels come in on different frequencies, something along the way is impeding those frequencies of the channels you’re trying to watch. You may need a tech out to troubleshoot further

My apologies, there is an initial 4-way splitter in the outside box that was previously installed by a Comcast tech (not for me). All cable connections are good and tightened.

Then you should have a tech out, I escalated it up to a colleague to help get one scheduled for you if that’s how you want to go
