Got sent legacy box

A couple of days ago I upgraded my tv plan and was told I was being sent an "upgraded" tv box. Today I received the same old box with legacy software that I already have. I can't get through to chat with an agent bc of their Covid-19 changes at the moment. Is there anything I can do?

Swap it out at your local Xfinity store if it’s open, you can call in and confirm you were supposed to receive one

Finally got through to chat with an agent. I'm getting a new one shipped to me. Let's hope 3rd times the charm. Now I'm left with 2 tv old boxes and a gateway to ship back. Fun!
