Got sent legacy box
A couple of days ago I upgraded my tv plan and was told I was being sent an "upgraded" tv box. Today I received the same old box with legacy software that I already have. I can't get through to chat with an agent bc of their Covid-19 changes at the moment. Is there anything I can do?
