Free to me channels not free

So I downgraded because I was tired of scrolling through a thousand sports channels I'll never use. Of course the good channels you like if you pay for them it cost more than the package I had but I guess they don't care how they get money from people that being said the free to me channels arent free. Ha ha ha I still have the sports channels I wanted to get away from. I don't think it's right to have to make a favorite menu. So why aren't my free to me channels free?

And you're using the Free2Me guide?  It does take some time for the system to update once a package has been added or removed.   If your sure your using the Free2Me guide, then try a system refresh from the help menu to refresh your account in the backend.

How long does it take to refresh the Free To Me guide? It's been a couple of weeks since I downgraded, and there's been no change to the guide. I get an error message when I select a channel not in my package.

It seems that the Free To Me guide should exclude all channels that are not part of my package.

I've been having this issue for the longest time. .A lot of times also, out of nowhere, at least 20 to 30 movies that have never even been on my on demand movie list will show up that aren't free. I even go to the free movie section. Then sort by free to me again. It will still shown movies that need to be bought, rented, or have a subscription. it's not like they were free a week ago, and just aren't anymore. They are literally showing movies for the first time on the free section, that are not free. It is so frustrating! at least 2 movies on every row are not free, and they are always the ones I want to watch. When or how can this be fixed! I saw you where working on this months ago. Not to mention my bill just went up 50 or 60 bucks out of nowhere. But that's another story! This is just so frustrating, and with the bill issue, I'm starting to consider cancelling. Please help with any info on how to remove movies from the free section that aren't actually free!
