Error message XRE-03059

I'm getting an error message when I try to watch any local channels.  It reads:


We're having some trouble on our end.  This channel isn't currently available.  Please try tuning away from this channel for a few seconds and then tune back to it.  If that doesn't work, please try again in a few minutes.


I've restarted the TV box and completed a system refresh, but the problem persists.  HELP!!

Something is impeding the signal of the frequency of those channels, maybe others. It can be anything from the tap outside to the cable box. Check that the cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further
