Error code xre-03059 but can still watch if recorded

I am receiving error code xre-03059 on specific channels.  I can still watch those channels, but only if I start a recording on the show I want to watch.  I've read that the error code has something to do with the signal not being received properly, but it does seem to be receiving the signal in some way.  I've restarted and reset the box a number of times, and it fixed a couple channels, but not all of them.  Any ideas on what would be causing this?

It is indeed a signal issue error for the dvr. But as soon as you press record because the channel isn’t coming in, you’re getting a cloud recording.

To fix, check all your cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further
