This is quite annoying. I keep getting this error message, only in my main box. I've support re "sync" the box and account twice already. Both times it worked for a day then right back to the error .message, I'm no longer under contract and an ready to go to fios! Is anyone else experiencing this?
It’s a signal issue error, check all your connections are tight, remove any extra unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further. The signals may be fluctuating between good and bad. Your contract status has nothing to do with your cable signal
