Got the box 2 days ago. Has worked about 50% of the time. I
003004 means it can see the server but signal too low or noise to high to maintain connection to the Comcast servers. often there is an amp with a cable attached to the power port that is plugged in somewhere in the home. find that power brick and see if it is still plugged in to the wall and it should be slightly warm to the touch. There is an LED on the 'amplifier' type splitter that should be illuminated if power is connected.
No booster, nothing in the line. Line comes in, is split to modem and to TV, and one wire goes straight to both. I can unplug the coax and plug it back in to fix the problem. There has to be a better solution than that.
