Error Codes XRE 3021 & XRE 3056

Hello all, I was hoping to find some help here. I have Xfinity X 1with the voice remote and have had it for a few years. I keep getting the XRE 3021 and XRE 3056 errors when I turn on my TV and box. The XRE 3056 error isn't so bad, we figured out if we channel up or down, that gives us our picture and clears the error. The XRE 3021 is a bit more frustrating as it requires a system refresh or maybe a second refresh to get things working again. If I use the voice remote during this error, I can go to You Tube or my Saved Programs and watch things there. I cannot watch live broadcasts until the box is reset. It is very frustrating as these occur randomly and not every day, but, a few times a week.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No, I have not tried support from Xfinity as of yet becuase I know they will have me do everything that I have already done (unplug the box, powercycle, reset the box etc) and they will be reading from a script, unless I get lucky and get a tech that actually knows what is going on. I figure I can get more assistance from the community as we usually have to figure out these fixes on our own. Thanks in advance.

Those are account related errors, regarding entitlements. Usually an account refresh by customer service clears the errors

@CCAndrew yes, I have been through this as well. On my second wireless cable box and no solution. {Edited for violating forum guidelines} I would charge them my hourly of $275 for their inability to fix.
