Error 03059

Most non-basic show error 03059, which states is a problem at Xfinity end. When will this be fixed and will I be charged for a service I am not being provided?

That’s not something that can be fixed remotely. That’s a tuning error. On your end, check your cables are in good repair and tight and remove any extra unnecessary splitters. If that doesn’t do anything you’ll need a tech out to troubleshoot further
