DVR recordings missing and gone
My X1 box was 56% full but had an amber light on. So I took it in to Comcast because I had already had to unplug and reboot it once. I brought the new box back and now my recordings are at 6% full. I only have some shows remaining recently recorded in Sept and Oct. I have chatted and spoken with Comcast and they say they did not delete the recordings and cannot recover them for me. We almost always record the shows we watch. Six months worth of recordings are gone. I believe it to be a server issue at Comcast as also my remotes are now slow to respond. Is this common and is this going to continue to happen? I see many similar posts but no resolution is mentioned.
What should I do? Thanks!

go to your set top box and use voice command 'recordings'. near the top do you see "all devices" selected?

Followed your instructions, yes all devices selected. I have 1 DVR and 1 box in master bedroom. Yesterday I tried to figure out what names of recordings that were missing - 1 was Zero Dark 30 recored about 90 days ago. Yet of the recordings still shown one dates back to March 2015, so it appears that deleted are not due to when they were recorded.

Appears this problem has been going on and never fixed since March 2019
