DVR keeps deleting programs.

Ever since we got new cable boxes last year that store DVR programs to the cloud, my DVR has randomly been deleting programs. It is not near full and the programs are not old. It would appear everything automatically gets deleted after about 2 weeks as the oldest recording currently on my DVR is from 1/21.
