We'd be glad to look into this and see what we can do to help. Going off of the error codes you're receiving, does this cable box share the same cable outlet as the modem? On a spitter?
I sure did, thank you very much for patiently waiting to hear back. When was the last time you experienced these issues, did any of them occur today? Have you had the time/opportunity to bypass the splitter (or replace it) to see if the error dissipate?
