DVR errors

Over the last several months our DVR has been locking up on both recorded shows and live TV. Multiple error msgs: XRE03007, RDK03033 and 06015 are a few. Have to reset or refresh system. Sometimes end up with grey fog on top 1/4 of screen.

Hi, thunthrop. Thanks for visiting us here in the forums. So sorry you have been dealing with these errors. You came to the right place for help though! We'd be glad to look into this and see what we can do to help. Going off of the error codes you're receiving, does this cable box share the same cable outlet as the modem? On a spitter?

Yes. We only have one incoming cable wire.

I sure did, thank you very much for patiently waiting to hear back. When was the last time you experienced these issues, did any of them occur today? Have you had the time/opportunity to bypass the splitter (or replace it) to see if the error dissipate?

You didn't ask me to bypass it replace the splitter. You only asked if we had one. Sorry, I'm technologically challenged. If we bypass the splitter we won't have internet will we? Last error was Sunday.
