DVR Reboot

My DVR is beeping and showing reboot. Nothing changes when unplugged and replugged. Tried the online help but it just goes in circles. It indicate there is a problem but appears unable to resolve it. Extremely furstrating!!!!

not heard of a beeping DVR. what is the model number? do you have other working set top boxes? how is the service when viewed from a smart phone/tablet?
