Continued cable box shutting off

Cable TV just randomly keeps shutting off for 10 to 15 min at a time, 3or4 times a day. Unplug the power to reset and works for a day or 2. Was sent a new HD box and it's doing it worse than what we sent back. There isn't anywhere in the app to schedule an appointment! How the heck can we get a tech to the house to check the lines? Getting old when service works half the time and you pay 200 a mth for bad service!

Whenever I need a tech visit, I call 1800comcast .

My DVR went on the blink yesterday (Sunday) so I tried chat and found out the store were open, so I made the trip and exchanged the box rather than wait for ship.


I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
