Trying to connect my XR11 remote to my Polk sound bar and still be able to use the remote to turn the TV on and off. I need to be able control both. My older remote was doing this, but we got a new box and thus a new remote. Is there a code I can use?

Pair your XR11 to the box(pls and setup, then press the Xfinity button and enter the 3 digit code) and then follow the onscreen instructions for TV and then Audio. Polk Audio is listed, hope there's a working code there for you.
I don't know if you've solved this issue. I just got the Polk MagnifyMax SR and the only two codes that actually control the volume (up/down) and mute on the Polk are either 32270 or 33429.
Unfotunately neither one of those, nor any of the 9 listed on the cable box setup screen turn the Polk power on and off. My Sony TV turns the soundbar on as a related function of CEC (Bravia sync) but nothing turns the soundbar power off other than the Polk remote.
If anyone has a different code suggestion for a Polk Soundbar, I would appreciate it.
I already had the LG tv & Xfinity RX11 remote control. The speakers on the tv are very poor so I decided to add a sound bar. After I got the sound bar up and running, Then I followed the instructions on this forum and pressed the "Xfinity" button on my remote.. I had to try two or of the suggested codes (5 digit) for the Polk before it worked. I can now control my tv and and the volume & on & off for the Polk soundbar with my Xfinity remote.
I just used 32270 to pair my LG oled65C8PUA tv to my Polk Magnifi-mini soundbar. Have been trying to do this for 6 months but cuould only get volume down to work. Thanks for the help.
Trying to connect new Insignia Mini Soundbar to TV.
Seems simple enough: plug one end of RCA Audio Cable into TV and the other end into Soundbar. No luck.
It is Xfinity cable, but the small cable box has no RCA Cable ports.
Help???
Thanks for your prompt reply!
Everything seems to be hooked up correctly. Cable box to TV, then TV to Soundbar.
There was a DVD player hooked up, but I removed that.
Directions are simple, so I thought the results would be easy and simple.
Thanks again.
I think my TV only sound Output is via optical.
I will buy that cord and try that.
Fingers crossed!
