Comcast has not been able to resolve this code issue since July 09, 2020. Planning to drop service unless resolved within 24 hours.
I finally got two of the main boxes changed (self replaced) and error code continued. I have been waiting and waiting for Comcast technical to address. This Covid situation is not helping matters.
Finally have a technician coming Aug 05th....we'll see how it goes. Extremely frustrating situation.
