Why can’t you give us consistent cable service? Multiple times a day, every day, the service isn’t connected to the internet so you can’t use the guide, get to the DVR, or perform any other function. It’s unacceptable for Comcast to be this inadequate considering the money we pay. It’s always been mediocre at best, and now it’s abysmal.
