Choppy picture

Hello,

I am getting a picture that is choppy or stutters or ghosts. It happens on most channels most of the time. Live events like sports, news, talk shows, etc happen to be better but still not great. Dramas and sitcoms are terrible.

I have had Comcast technicians out 5 times now. They replaced all my wiring with RG6 both inside and outside the home, so it is all new. I have 6 TVs with some wireless boxes and some hardwired boxes. This issue happens on every single tv.

The fact that I have had numerous technicians, supervisors, line techs, etc out to my house replacing everything, is there anything else I can try? Do I need to just get a different service at this point? Thanks for any input.
