Channels Missing

I am missing several channels, including some of my local channels, on the Stream app, and on those same channels on the set top box, the DVR will not set programs to record.  What has changed?

using a smart phone/tablet run the Xfinity my account app. touch the TV tab, then the link to view subscribed channels. does the channel show in your current subscription package on that listing?

Hello @bigmfnal, thanks for reaching out to our Digital Care Team on Forums and bringing this to our attention. @Rustyben asked a great question, did you happen to have time to try that on your end?

 
Also, a technical issue is causing missing channels, DVR recordings, On Demand content, and subscription errors for some customers attempting to watch programming using the Xfinity Stream portal or their TV Box. The channels/programming will not be available via the on-screen guide on TV, the online channel lineup, stored DVR recordings, On Demand menu, or search using the Voice Remote. If this sounds like what you're experiencing and still need assistance, I can absolutely help!

I am experiencing the issue you described "The channels/programming will not be available via the on-screen guide on TV, the online channel lineup, stored DVR recordings, On Demand menu, or search using the Voice Remote". Can you please offer some assistance. Thank you,
