Channel switching by itself

Anyone having any issue with watching any channel & it suddenly changes itself to QVC with no one near the remotes?  Haven't found anything about how to fix this.  Did a complete system reboot & still happening.  Any suggestions?

It is my experience if you channel on QVC even for 1 second, it triggers the problem until the box is rebooted-so avoid QVC if possible.

It's been happening to us and quite a few others for months.  Rebooting the box works for a couple of days then it happens again.  We spent an hour or so with technical support and they thought it was fixed when we rebooted.  It seems to be an ongoing problem that Comcast doesn't want to admit.
