When I cancel a scheduled recording it does not disappear from the scheduled list. All it says is
"cancelled recording to the right of the recording.

the 'reference' to the previously scheduled recording stays until the time slot involved expires. At any time, the user can re-enable that recording.
Ok. Thanks! So if that's the way it's supposed to work, I now understand. I wish customer support knew this instead of telling me there is something wrong with my box. I forgot how useless they are.
