what is the model number on the bottom of the set top box? this may not be an X1 set top box.

Same issue and no resolution. I’ve tried everything - hard reset etc. Worked 3 hours ago and then just went out for no reason and stuck on that Preparing channel lineup. But only issue w xfinity - Netflix no issue etc. it’s crazy TV is fine. Cable box worked 3 hours ago- I unplug and it’s same issue
