Caller id

I made a change to my package   I haven't seen since the change. Is there something that can be done. I've restarted my modern. I planning on getting rid of my boxes to lower my bill. Adding Xfinity via stream live. Will caller id work on that program?

  1. Press the Menu button twice on your Comcast remote to launch the Main Menu. ...
  2. Navigate to the Interactive TV bar on the Main Menu.
  3. Press the OK/Select button on your remote control. ...
  4. Highlight Notifications, then press OK.
  5. Highlight the Caller ID option.

You appear to be supplying instructions for a legacy remote and cable box to a question in the X1 forum. Do X1 remotes even have a "Menu" button?
