Caller ID is long gone

Just upgraded to a new 4K box and Advanced XFi modem. Now my caller ID display on the TV has disappeared. Spent an hour on the phone with Tech Support and they couldn't figure it out. Their answer was swap out the box. I activated everything from the My Account app as instructed and Caller ID was just gone. Any suggestions?

How long has it been? It can take a few days after a swap for it to kick in

It's been almost 4 days since we installed all the new equipment. How long should I wait? Why wouldn't the store or tech support have that information?
