Just upgraded to a new 4K box and Advanced XFi modem. Now my caller ID display on the TV has disappeared. Spent an hour on the phone with Tech Support and they couldn't figure it out. Their answer was swap out the box. I activated everything from the My Account app as instructed and Caller ID was just gone. Any suggestions?
