When I go into the Xfinity app, all of my cable boxes...I have 3...show up as offline. All three are working properly with all of the features intact. However, I am trying to hook up a smart TV and I cannot complete the process with the box showing as offline. I have been on the phone with Comcast for a ridiculous amount of time this week and really don't want to call back. Anybody have any advice ora similar situation? @
no...is it possible that I am missing something in the modem/router set-up, then? I have one of the newer Xfinity Wifi Gateway XB6-T G95CGM414X Modem/Router. I got rid of the separate router because the guy at the xfinity store told me i ddn't need it anymore.
Like I said, the TV box and channels work fine...but neither of the brand new smart TVs will recognize the internet & the xfinity app shows that all cable boxes are "offline"
