Cable box has died
The box for the TV was working, came up with the "stay online" message that I was unable to respond to and then just died. I checked all connections, unplugged and tried to restart the box through the troubleshoot area which brought up the welcome screen but no light to show box was on. Turned box off and exchanged with working box in bedroom but original box still will not turn on. Hopefully there is a way to get another working box sent and not have to wait too long.

you might drop by your local Xfinity store to see if they are open or the open hours for curb delivered service.

Thanks for responding Rusty but all of the Xfinity stores within 25 miles of me are closed due to the virus. It is almost impossible to talk to one of the bots but when I finally did get through as I started typing I got kicked out and have been unable as of now to get through to it again.

Greetings, @roadhead! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day. I apologize to hear that your cable box has stopped working. That certainly is frustrating. I would like to see about getting a box sent out to you. Can you please send me a PM with your first and last name so I may further assist you?
