Every time I try to use my cable box it goes to the set up screen asking my langauge preference. The remote doesn't work so I can't navigate. I have to unplig the box, reset the system, and wait for it to come online to be able to watch TV. Once reset the remote works fine as well. I have had this subscription for about a year, so I am not a new customer tryign to set up my system.
Also, when I watch recorded shows, particulary sports, I often experience screen lag or it just locks up all together.
How long has this been going on for? And after you reset the box you are not presented the language screen?
