I HAVE A AMAZON PRIME ACCOUNT AND A CBS DIRECT ACCESS ACCOUNT BUT WHEN I USE APPS TO ACCESS PRIME AND CBS DIRECT I AM ABLE TO GET ?MURDER SHE WROTE" AND HAVE TO PAY MORE AND I CAN NOT ACCESS ?JAG" ALTHOUGH I CAN SEE IT. i CAN NOT GET MY PLAYLIST. ????? WHY

that would be a question for Amazon. Amazon determines what is available on devices when you use their app.
