Box Stuck on 1 Channel

This has happened before and I do not remember how it was resolved. I am so frustrated as I have been on LONG TERM hold (an hour and more than once) waiting for Comcast to talk to me but they never picked up and I need to hang up. My TV is only getting one channel and it is the one channel I never watch! I have unplugged the box, turned the TV and Box on and off, two resets have happened and I still have no television. HELP????

when you press the volume up on the set top box's remote does the LED flash red while you are pressing the button? when you press the Xfinity button, does it flash red, or green, or both? do you have more than one set top box? could someone have swapped the remotes if so?
