Blue screen - Help!

Blue screen - Help!

All we get is a blue screen and cannot exit out of it. In the corner it says “Pace ABL V1.18” From what I’m seeing, it looks like I might need a new box. How can I go about doing that?

Swap it out at your local Xfinity store is the easiest
