This is the first time it has happened after doing update on the modem and anything else i could do i did chat online with a XFINITY tech he came up that i needed a new modem they arre going to ship one to my house even after i told him a couple of times that i have another tv hooked up to it and it is working fine.
I missed the live space launch today. Why? Because the screen went black - as happens about 4 or 5 times a day. I finally shut it off and when I turned it back on, the usual Welcome! Beinvenidos! Bienvenu! and forever to start up. The usual daily update happened this morning. I've been putting up with this since probably January; partly because I don't like to complain and partly because once the virus hit, I didn't want people in my home. But I'm really tired of it. I pay a large sum of money every month for tv, net (and phone which is never used). I'd like uninterrupted television.
