does it get stuck at the first screen (Which could say "Welcome. Powering up. this may take a few minutes" or it could say "Welcome. Beinvenido. Beinvenue.") or does it get stuck at the 2nd screen (It should say "Welcome. Connecting to your entertainment experience." with a loading symbol underneath)?
