Audio from AVR Stopped Working

Setup:
-XG1V4 set top box
-Denon Surround Receiver AVR-S510BT
-LG OLED 65C9PUA

HDMI out from Set Top box to AVR and HDMI out from AVR to TV.

I’ve recently purchased this TV and setup my xfinity with it and everything worked great. Video to the through the TV & Audio through the AVR. One day it just didn’t work anymore.

When you power on the AVR, video no longer goes to TV and audio no longer goes to the AVR. If you turn off the TV, the audio will play through the
AVR. If you change the audio output on the Receiver from “AVR” to “TV” both the video and audio will play on the TV.

I don’t understand why it would work correctly and then stop or why I can get the audio & video to work separately but not together.

Any suggestions? Thanks for any help

Try different HDMI ports on the TV.

Re: Audio from AVR Stopped Working

Thanks for responding.

I should’ve mentioned it in my initial post but I’ve tried multiple ports on the TV as well as multiple ports on the AVR (Cable/DVR/Game).

Any chance you have the wrong Source selected on the remote?
