Audio cutting out

We just started with xfinity two days ago, and the audio on one of our tv’s keeps cutting out for a few seconds or more. This seems to be mostly happening in NBC. In fact, last night we were trying to watch NFL game on NBC, and it was in Spanish. Not the commercials, and not the referee, just the two announcers! This wasn’t occurring on our 2nd tv.
We have tried everything on resetting tips, and nothing helps.
Please help.

on the Spanish issue, press the down button on the remote. the bottom area of the TV screen will have 3 icons to the left of center. be sure the first two do not have a check mark. to turn off a checkmark after pressing down press left and when on top of the icon press the OK button on the remote (toggles on/off).
