All premium channels except screen flix are in Spanish. I have tried going to settings and changing it back to English. But it is set to english. I have also tried restarting the box
you posted in the x1 set top box area. try pressing down button on the remote and unchecking the SAP icon. working?
I tried that and sap was already unchecked
would you list a couple of channel's call letters? are these numbered channels? or are you speaking of 'apps' on the x1 set top box?
