All movies not showing in saved favorites

All movies not showing in saved favorites

I have one x1 DVR and two xg2. I have 285 movies in my saved favorites. When I go to saved/favorites/movies/show all on any of my boxes, it only shows 36 of them. I have done reboots and system refreshes on the boxes, still no change. This function used to work. What happened?

We are working on a fix and should be out to all customers this week.
