All channels pixilated...all the time.

Why am I paying for your service when it is absolutely terrible? On any given day, all of the channels are pixilated or distorted. Worst cable I have ever had? Is this going to be fixed, or should I cancel service. This is ridiculous.

Check your cables are all tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further. Let us know if you need assistance getting one scheduled
