New Poster


I have been an Xfinity customer since April, I have shad nothing but trouble with my service. I just upgraded my channel line up to include the DVR and I tried activating the DVR and it says NOT AUTHORIZED, how can I get this fixed as I'm ready to cancel my service

Do you see an error message on the tv? Not authorized doesn’t sound like an activation issue, but more of an entitlement issue
