Activating/troubleshooting a new x1 TV box: error "Let'sTalk" message at installation process...

Need to get a Customer Service agent to call me.

I received 2 new X1 TV Boxes, one of them won't install -"Let's Talk" error message.

 

Please help!

Any particular error code your seeing?
