Hi, I've seen we can request these on the forum, I would like both our tv boxes upgraded please.

I live in a large city.  When I need equipment, I go to my nearest Xfinity Store.

Actually wanted to avoid going to the store as I can't call ahead and ask if they have this TV box available and it is a little bit to travel. But might have to do that if no Xfinity employee can help out with sending the XG1v4 self install kit to me.

 

Thank you for trying to find a solution. As usual,  nothing is easy with Xfinity. 😅

It appears we aren't getting help now like we used to; Comcast was replying to these requests and helping custoners to order 4k boxes.  I'm not sure I know what I did wrong;  I just mentioned how I was able to get help.

Try responding to and quoting the original posters when you reply to threads, and not just the *me too* posters. They should start their own individual help threads.

I can help you get some 4K boxes shipped out, no problem! There is a $15 shipping fee that comes with it, is that still OK and would you still like to go forward with having the boxes shipped out?
