Xfinity Stream does not display scheduled recordings properly

Xfinity Stream does not display scheduled recordings properly

I've noticed that even though I have cancelled a scheduled recording via the X1, the Stream app still shows that the recording is scheduled.  

 

Is there a fix or work-around for this?

Hi @ThomTrezza, thank you for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forum. We filed a ticket for this issue and we hope to fix it in an upcoming release. In the meantime, please retry recording cancellation for a few times until your request goes through.

This has been going on for months.  It is not a recent experience.  This is just the first time that I took the time to write about it.

Hi @ThomTrezza are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried to manage your recordings directly from Stream app?
