Streaming playback issue

Had no problems for 2 weeks watching recorded DVR programs. DVR is in U S, I'm in UK. Now doesnt work. Says Playback Issue 2111, or says try another program, or watch On Demand. Nothing works.

The app only works in the U.S., you would’ve had to download content to a mobile device before leaving.
