Live TV Channels mixed up on Xfinity Streaming online

When streaming live TV on Xfinity online (as well as through the app), the TLC channel is streaming as the Discovery Channel (the Discovery Channel is still streaming as Discovery). This has been going on for a full 24 hours... what's up???
