Why is it that every time I try to Shop Offers (using the XFinity Assistant), or Change My Plan from the account managment page, I get redirected to an error page that states "We're sorry. Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help."? It has been like that for a while, and doesn't matter what browser I use. Getting bounced around the self-service pages is not very good customer service.

I love how there is no answers to this being this is the exact problem im having.

That message comes up because the link is no longer valid.   The programing of this forum was moved to a new company.

The message means you need to need to get help from someone in Customer Service forum, or call: 1-800-XFINITY.

I will move your post to there.
