When I try to access my e-mail account, I get redirected to the homepage of xfinity. I have cleared the cache on all of my web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and and get the same result for all of them. I cancelled my service about 4 months ago but have been using my e-mail ever since, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
