Why all of a sudden is Comcast showing me recent activity from 2018 to August of 2019. I know they go back a few months but it is showing nothing now for Sept 2019 to present.
All other information is correct. Nothing has been changed on the account in months. Only one user on the account.
Just curious, wondering if it had something to do with the updating of accounts to show data useage after they re-activated the cap.
Just wanted to add to this thread that I have this exact problem, too, where my Recent Activity under Overview is outdated. Even the dates, mine goes from 2018 to August 2019. I brought this up in my thread from last week.
Looks like I’m not the only website user affected by this. Definitely seems like a bug on the website.
