We rececently moved and still have our old address on our account even though it's disconnected. When I try to unlink the old address it says I need to take off automatic payments from my old address to do so. Except I can't make any changes to the old address account. Also, we're not able to access any of our channels on our tv or even mobile. Probably due to the old address still being linked.
