Can't pay bill fro my account, says Looks like something went wrong Please reload the page"

Every time I try to access my account online to pay my bill, i get the following error "

Looks like something went wrong

Please reload the page and try again.

 

Been happening for 6 months now.... i dont want to keep calling in to pay, how do i fix?

Hi @mrchristianq,

 

It appears we had some issues associated with your identity. Did you recently unlink your account?

I took a look at your account and made some configuration changes that enabled the functionality.

 

Let me know if it's solved, and we'll try to understand what led to the issues you are experiencing.
